All items are made to order and take 7-14 business days to be made. If you need an item sooner please contact me via email or chat before placing your order. All orders needed before the regular processing time will have a rush fee added to them. Adding the rush fee will ensure that your order will be processed and sent by the date you need it.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Once the payment is received your item will be processed. Each item is made to order so please allow 7-14 business days to complete. There are NO refunds on custom orders as I cannot resell these items. Returns on orders can only be made within the first 5 days of the item being received. SHIPPING INFO Your custom item will be shipped priority mail through USPS unless otherwise stated and will take up to 2-3 business days to get to you.
